If your venue has limited capacity or you wish to keep a certain balance between attendees from various guest lists, you can limit the number of check-ins allowed for each each guest list associated with your event. To do so:
1. Go to Upcoming Events and click on the Edit icon next to the event.
2. Click on the Guests section to view your guest lists.
3. Under Capacity, edit the maximum number allowed. Leave as 0 if you want to keep it unlimited.
4. Hit Save.
If the capacity you’ve indicated has been reached and someone tries to check-in, the app will notify you of this and prevent check-in.
